The Fourth of July is a great time to be at Walt Disney World Resort with all of the fireworks and other celebrations, but now, there is even more. In honor of Independence Day, Disney is bringing forth some fantastic photo opportunities that you must not miss or else…you’re un-American.
It may not be a salute to all nations, but mostly America…but you can’t help but feel patriotic with these new photo ops coming your way for the Fourth of July. Disney PhotoPass service will be offering them for the holiday, but they’re only available for a very limited time.
Magic Kingdom
Located at the foot of the Liberty Square bridge near Sleepy Hollow, you can get a great PhotoPass picture with a beautiful backdrop of Cinderella Castle. On July 3 and 4, a Disney PhotoPass photographer will be located there and you can ask them for the Magic Shot which will give a unique border of The Muppets Present…Great Moments in American History.
While you’re in Liberty Square, don’t forget to have your picture taken near the Hall of Presidents and the replica of the Liberty Bell.
Over in Fantasyland, a Disney PhotoPass photographer will be located near the Cinderella Castle walls where Cinderella’s Coach will be set up. This photo opportunity is also only available on July 3 and the Fourth of July.
When nighttime falls on July 3 and 4, move further back into Fantasyland and look for a PhotoPass photographer near Ariel’s Grotto. You will think you’re taking a simple shot in the park, but later, you’ll realize that it is much more patriotic.
Disney Springs
If you head over to Disney Springs and visit the Disney PhotoPass Studio on the Marketplace side, you can take part in a very patriotic photoshoot. Red, white, and blue virtual backdrops will be available as options, but only from now until July 7, 2018.
All Four WDW Parks
No matter which of the four Walt Disney World parks you are in on the Fourth of July, you’ll be able to take a pic with this awesome Pluto prop.
