So, it’s the middle of the summer and all that, but Walt Disney World is ready to bring tons of great news about the Christmas holidays. Not only were the details revealed across all parks on Monday, but the dates were unveiled as well.

All four parks at Walt Disney World will bring the magic of the holiday season to guests in 2018, and let’s not forget about Disney Springs. Let’s check out the events and dates for Christmas fun all around WDW starting in November.

Magic Kingdom

Of course, one of the biggest and greatest traditions at WDW is Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party which will take place on select nights in November and December.

  • November: 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 25, 27, 29, 30
  • December: 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Sunset Seasons Greetings is coming back to DHS this year, and it is going to be better than its debut in 2017. The Hollywood Tower Hotel will transform into fun scenes featuring famous Disney characters and incorporate new laser effects with the snow and Christmas fun.

While the exact dates are not out yet, guests will be able to enjoy the nighttime spectacular “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” yet again in 2018. Also, there will be some special guests meeting in the Once Upon A Time shop on Sunset Blvd.

  • Santa Claus: Nov. 10 – Dec. 24, 2018
  • Santa Goofy: Dec. 25 – End of the year

Toy Story Land just opened a little over a week ago, but guests will be able to enjoy some holiday fun there as well. Alien Swirling Saucers will feature holiday songs throughout the Christmas season to make you want to be chosen even more often.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

At the new UP! A Great Bird Adventure, guests will be able to see the Christmas season celebrated in a brand new way. Diwali, the Festival of Lights in India, is going to be incorporated into the new live show to make it festive and magical.

Epcot

At Epcot, Illuminations: Reflections of Earth will have the holiday finale added in for the joyous season.

The Candlelight Processional is returning once again in 2018 and it will actually run through the end of the year, and that gives more guests more opportunities to enjoy the story of Christmas. You can check out the announced celebrity narrators at this link for the dates of Nov. 22 – Dec. 30, 2018.

The Holiday Kitchens are going to be back as well and they will start serving great dishes to guests on Nov. 18. That is also the date that Chip and Dale’s Christmas Tree Scavenger Hunt will begin and it will be available to play for $6.99.

Disney Springs

The Christmas fun isn’t just at the Walt Disney World theme parks, though, and guests can really have fun over at Disney Springs. From Nov. 8, 2018, through Jan. 5, 2019, guests will be able to enjoy the return of the Christmas Tree Trail.
