A brand new quick-service restaurant is heading to Walt Disney World and it is arriving in Disney Springs next month. Guests will soon be able to chow down on some fantastic chicken meals and desserts at the appropriately named – Chicken Guy!
Created by Guy Fieri and restauranteur Robert Earl, Chicken Guy is going to bring “one-of-a-kind all-natural fresh chicken tenders” to Disney Springs. The Disney Parks Blog explains it best:
Hand-pounded and breaded fresh each day, Chicken Guy! will be serving up delicious and juicy tenders that can be paired with more than 20 varieties of house-made sauces. Choose between grilled or fried all-natural chicken tenders with your choice of two signature sauces, or even get a big ol’ chicken sandwich like the Big Bite B.L.A.T. which comes with crispy smoked bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato, and creamy buttermilk ranch sauce.
Some of the sides you’ll be able to enjoy at Chicken Guy! will be fries with their signature seasoning, the Mac Daddy Mac ‘n’ Cheese, and Loaded Fries covered in super melty cheese and topped with bacon, chopped grilled chicken, and green onions.
Combos will also be available at the new quick-service location and will come with a guest’s choice of any two signature sauces.
Along with the great sides, chicken tenders, and chicken sandwiches, there will also be plenty of vegetable dishes available with their Chicken Guy! Salad Bowls. Guests can enjoy the Chopped Chicken Salad, BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad, or Southwest Sweet Corn.
On top of all that, there will be some great frozen desserts to enjoy such as the Triple Double Mint or Cinnamon Apple as your Flavortown Frozen Treat.
There is no set opening date as of yet, but it will be open for business sometime in August at Disney Springs. Chicken Guy! will be located right next to Planet Hollywood and will surely bring in a big crowd right away.
