It should come as no surprise, but Cruise Critic has handed out its awards and Castaway Cay has won the distinction of “Best Cruise Line Private Island”…for the third year in a row.
Each and every year, a number of different qualifications are looked at and that is how the determination is made. For the 2018 Cruisers’ Choice Destination Awards, Castaway Cay in the Bahamas has earned the award.
On top of that, Castaway Cay was also voted the Top Rated Overall island in the entire Caribbean.
When looking at these awards, it’s actually different than the “experts” voting for those who win them. All of these awards are based on the consumer ratings and reviews which are posted to the Cruise Critic website over the course of the last year.
