2019 Military Discounts Announced For Walt Disney World – Armed Forces Salute Is Back

It has been a busy week with the new date-based ticket pricing and the new Disney Cruise Line itineraries as well, but there’s always room for more. The 2019 military discounts known as the Armed Forces Salute are back for Walt Disney World and here is all you need to know.

Here is all you’ll need to know for the Armed Forces Salute at Walt Disney World which will be valid from January 1 through December 19, 2019. Pricing for tickets is as follows:

  • 4-Day Military Ticket with the Park Hopper Option for $241 plus tax
  • 5-Day Military  Ticket with the Park Hopper Option $257 plus tax
  • 4-Day Military  Ticket with the Park Hopper Plus Option $291 plus tax
  • 5-Day Military  Ticket with the Park Hopper Plus Option $307 plus tax

4-day tickets will be available for purchase through Dec. 16, 2019. 5-day tickets are available for purchase through Dec. 15, 2019. They are valid for use from Jan. 1 through Dec. 19, 2019. There are no blockout dates for tickets next year.

As for Armed Forces Salute for resort hotels at Walt Disney World, there are blockout dates from April 14-25, 2019. Rates will be different throughout the year, so, check for your availability, dates, and discounts.

As of this time, there is no info on discounts for Memory Maker, but those should be out soon.

In order to qualify for the Armed Forces Salute discount, you must be active or retired U.S. military personnel (including active or retired members of the National Guard, Reservists, the U.S. Coast Guard, the Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service (PHS), and the Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)). Spouses of military service members and PHS and NOAA Commissioned Corps members also qualify if they are able to present valid and active U.S. military IDs in the absence of active or retired military personnel or Commissioned Corps members.

As of now, there are no 2019 military discounts for Disneyland, but those usually do come a few days later.
