Along with Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Hollywood Studios celebrating their 30th anniversaries in 2019, D23 is also celebrating its 10th anniversary. With the new year ringing in, D23 has raised the cost of its Gold memberships for both single and families.
This increase in price for a D23 membership is the first time it has happened since it debuted back in 2009. Here are the changes you need to know if you’re looking to become a D23 member in 2019.
- Gold Membership – $99.99: Up from $74.99
- Gold Family Membership – $129.99: Up from $99.99
Those are the new prices for D23 memberships, but there are some other changes that were put in place on January 1, 2019.
- New memberships will now be automatically renewed each year when the time arrives – If a member doesn’t want to renew, they will have to cancel the membership.
- Those who are already members and turn on automatic renewal are eligible for a discount – $79.99 for Gold and $109.99 for Gold Family
