We all knew it would be coming in the spring, but now, we have an exact date for the opening of Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
On March 31, 2019, Lightning McQueen will first present the Cars-themed attraction which will take place inside of Sunset Showcase which is located next to Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster.
Guests will come face-to-face with Lightning McQueen as he tells the story of his success and guides rookie racers toward their own Piston Cup. There isn’t a lot more known about the new Racing Academy attraction, but don’t be surprised if a few other friends from Cars offer up advice as well.
