Disney has now officially announced that the brand new nighttime projection show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will officially begin on the park’s 30th anniversary. Make way for ‘Wonderful World of Animation” as it fills your eyes with magic.
We all knew it was coming in “May,” but this morning, Disney has confirmed that the “Wonderful World of Animation” will officially begin on May 1, 2019. This projection show will take place nightly after the sun goes down and replaces Disney Movie Magic.
The new show will use state-of-the-art projection technology to take guests on a magical journey through more than 90 years of Disney animation, all beginning with Mickey himself. More details will come soon and exact showtimes will likely show up soon as well.
