Gondola Capacity

Each gondola on the Skyliner can hold up to a maximum of 10 guests. If you are riding with a wheelchair or ECV, there is a maximum of six guests in each gondola.

Please note that there are two separate lines when boarding the Skyliner at each station. There is one regular line for most guests and a separate line for those traveling in or with a wheelchair and/or ECV.

Gondolas – Are they extremely hot inside?

Many people have wondered if the gondolas were going to be overly hot inside due to the extreme temperatures in Central Florida. Well, the Skyliner cabins don’t have A/C, but they do have a ventilation system which actually works very well.

While traveling, the wind blows through nicely and air does go through the Skyliner to make it cool inside. Even when occasionally stopped, it never became overly hot or even stuffy inside due to the ventilation system.

Operating Hours

At the time of this writing, the Skyliner has been operating beginning at 5:45 a.m. due to the Extra Extra Magic Hours happening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Please pay attention to the hours of operation, though, as they will change depending on park hours.

Make sure to get in touch with My Mickey Vacation Travel so they can give you even more details and take all the stress out of planning to create the magic for you.

They will make sure to connect all the dots and get everything in order for your next Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, or any Disney Destination vacation while saving you time, stress, and money.

Say the system is shut down due to weather. I am assuming we will be made to get off at next hub. Are buses near by to continue our journey? Or we I have to walk to the bus loading zone at the resort or park?
