The busy holiday season is already upon us, but there is even more coming soon. In order to prepare for the opening of Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Walt Disney World has extended park hours for the expected crowds.
Rise of the Resistance is opening at Studios on December 5, 2019, and on that day, the park will open at 8 a.m. and close at 10 p.m.
Around the rest of Walt Disney World, Rise of the Resistance will affect the hours at other parks too.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will now open at 8 a.m. on that date with Extra Magic Hours beginning at 7 a.m. Epcot will also open at 8 a.m. with Extra Magic Hours beginning at 7 a.m.
