Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance has been open for nearly two months at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and some changes have now been made. Boarding Groups are absolutely necessary for riding the attraction as of this time, and the return time has been changed so you need to be well aware.
Over the last few days (from today being January 27, 2020), some guests have received Boarding Group return times with a one-hour window.
While it had been a two-hour return window since the opening of the attraction, some guests are now receiving one-hour return windows. So, when you secure a Boarding Group for Rise of the Resistance on your My Disney Experience account, you will want to check and see if your return window is for one hour or two hours.
Due to the incredible popularity of the attraction and the fact that Boarding Groups are still filling up in less than 30 minutes each day, Disney is trying to give as many guests a chance to experience Rise each day.
