The temporary closure of the Walt Disney World Resort has truly expanded over the course of the last week, but a few places remain open. As of Thursday morning, there are a mere two locations open at Disney Springs and one has to wonder if they will close soon as well.
After the initial closure announcement, it was revealed that Disney would close all of its owned and operated locations at Disney Springs. From there, many third party locations followed suit as Splitsville and numerous others also temporarily closed.
On Wednesday, three locations were open at a rather barren Disney Springs, but that number has now lessened by one. As of the morning of Thursday, March 19, 2020, only two locations are still open and have operating hours:
- STK Orlando
- Ron Jon Surf Shop
Ron Jon has hours of 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. while STK Orlando has hours of 11:30 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. listed for Thursday.
On Wednesday, Basin was still open but it is closed today. There is no word on how long these two locations will remain open.
