Even though construction is halted at Walt Disney World Resort during the temporary closures, we have some information regarding a new attraction. The Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is going to bring amazement and wonder, and it looks as if it is coming sometime next year.

Shop Disney has now removed the year-date of “2021” from its website. Considering that all construction projects are currently on hold and things could be delayed, this is not overly surprising.

On Monday, ShopDisney released a bunch of great new posters for different attractions around the parks. Some of the attractions have been around for a long time and others are coming in the future, but we don’t know the dates for all of them.
At least for one, we have a bit of a better idea. The poster for the Moana-inspired Journey of Water walkthrough attraction coming to Epcot has a great product detail, and it lets us know that we will be able to enjoy it in 2021.
Celebrate the new aquatic adventure at the reimagined Epcot with this limited edition print promoting the forthcoming Moana-inspired Journey of Water walkthrough maze. Featuring the goddess Te Fiti from the 2016 movie, the poster is printed on archival paper and will whet your appetite for the attraction’s 2021 opening at Walt Disney World.
Of course, some things may end up being delayed due to construction being at a halt, but that remains to be seen.
