The temporary closures of the Disney Parks are getting to all of us, but this is not the way to get over the blues. A man was arrested this weekend after breaking into Disney California Adventure and heading over to Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout!
Officers from the Anaheim Police Department responded to the Disneyland Resort shortly after 11:00 P.M. on Sunday evening after receiving calls of a break-in.
Police say there was an 18-year-old transient resident who was seen jumping over a gate into the backstage area of Disney California Adventure. They found him in the park near a construction site by the Guardians of the Galaxy attraction.
It is believed that the man’s motive was to steal items or equipment from the construction site.
The man was arrested, cited for trespassing, and released.
