On November 1, 2020, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort will reopen for the first time since before the park closures in mid-March. Here are all the details you need to know, and that includes the refurbishment of the Big Blue Pool being pushed to next year.
When the resort reopens, the Ink & Paint Shop will be open for guests to shop in.
Guests will be able to enjoy dining options at the Landscape of Flavors food court as well as The Drop Off Pool Bar.
The Big Blue Pool was scheduled to close this fall for a lengthy refurbishment, but it has been pushed out. It will now close for work beginning on January 11, 2021. It will remain closed through early April of 2021, and an exact reopening date is not yet known.
Guests will be able to visit the Cozy Cone Pool and Flippin’ Fins Pool along with the Schoolyard Sprayground.
Please note that dates are subject to change and can without any notice. These dates are officially listed on Walt Disney World’s refurbishment schedule, but that does not mean they can’t possibly change.
