You can almost hear the screeching now as you walk under the ominous raptors. We are getting ever closer to the opening of the VelociCoaster at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and the new entry sign is incredibly awesome.
Bit by bit, the walls have started coming down around the new roller coaster and more details have been added. Last week, the entryway raptors were added, but they still remain wrapped up.
On Friday morning, the Jurassic World VelociCoaster marquee was added and revealed.
There is still no exact date for the opening of the VelociCoaster, but it is set to debut in the summer of 2021. In the last two weeks, there have been plenty of test runs and even some promotional footage being filmed with riders on it.
