Last year, The Walt Disney Company introduced “Inclusion” into its Cast Member training around the world. Now, a brand new graphic has been released to showcase The 5 Keys.
Disney added the fifth key of Inclusion to join Safety, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency. This was done as a way for all Cast Members to feel welcome in the company, no matter their background, lifestyle, or way of life.
@RichyDisney revealed the images on Twitter, and they will go out throughout the entire Disney company.
