‘Mickey And Friends’ Motorcade At EPCOT Ending Next Week – To Be Replaced By Distance Character Meets

Ever since EPCOT reopened last July, Mickey Mouse and his pals have been heading around World Showcase in a motorcade/cavalcade. This week, that motorcade will have its last run as characters will now move to socially distant meet-and-greets.

On May 4, 2021, the Mickey and Friends World Tour motorcade will have its final runs around World Showcase. The next day, guests will be able to see the characters along the front entrance of EPCOT near Spaceship Earth.

Ever since the beginning of the year, Mickey and friends have been randomly appearing there for photos and socially distanced selfies. This will now begin happening more often beginning on May 5, 2021.

Earlier this year, the Frozen cavalcade also came to an end in World Showcase. Anna and Elsa have been randomly appearing outside of the Royal Sommerhus in Norway.

As of this writing, the Princess cavalcade will continue.
