In just a couple of days, Santa Claus will make his way to Walt Disney World to visit with guests in Disney Springs. For those wanting to visit him, you will be able to join a virtual queue on your My Disney Experience account.
Much like in the way that guests have used virtual queues for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Santa is just as important.
If you update your My Disney Experience app, you will see that Santa Claus has been added to the virtual queues. He will first begin appearing in Disney Springs on November 12, 2021, and he’ll be there through December 24.
Guests will be able to join the virtual queue at 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. There is no joining from other locations as you must be in Disney Springs in order to register for a spot.
This is not the first time that Disney has done a similar method for visiting Santa Claus. Going back to 2017, they had a system in place which allowed guests to register at the podium of Santa’s Workshop and receive a text message when it was their time to return.
During this holiday season, Santa Claus will be visiting with guests inside Once Upon A Toy on the Marketplace side of Disney Springs.
Santa will be at Disney Springs for photo opportunities and visits during these times:
- November 12 – December 14, 2021: 10:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M.
- December 15 – December 24, 2021: 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 P.M.
