Operating hours for the theme parks of Walt Disney World are typically released around 60 days out at a time. For those who are going in early April, you need to be aware that Disney’s Hollywood Studios is closing early on one particular day.
As of Wednesday, the schedule of park operating hours has been released through April 7, 2022. The hours are typically the same each day, but one day is glaringly different.
On April 6, 2022, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is showing an opening of 9:00 A.M., but a closing time of 5:00 P.M. The schedule on the My Disney Experience website and app both list the same times.
There is no known reason for the early closing time, but it is typically for a private event of some kind. This past week, a Cast Member event at Magic Kingdom was canceled due to inclement weather.
