Filming for Hocus Pocus 2 has wrapped and we now know when the Sanderson sisters are making their official return. Fans can now look for the sequel to the hit film at Halloween of this year.
Executive producer Adam Shankman has confirmed that the film will debut on Disney+ on Halloween. He stated in an Instagram post that it would be “coming to you Halloween 2022 on DIsney+,” but he didn’t actually say the date.
So, that has us wondering if he means ON Halloween or during the Halloween season. Disney has already confirmed that the sequel will be released in the fall of 2022, but they have still not given an official date.
It would make a lot of sense for the Sanderson sisters to begin haunting again earlier than Halloween itself. We must wait a little longer for the actual date, but at least now we have a better idea.
