We are quickly approaching the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT, and there is new information. It has now been confirmed that the attraction will open with no standby line whatsoever.
Cosmic Rewind has already started different previews, but its grand opening is on May 27, 2022. It has now been confirmed that upon its opening, the attraction will only able to be accessed by Virtual Queue and Individual Lightning Lane.
All of the details such as the time the virtual queue will open have not yet been revealed. Guests will need to use the My Disney Experience app to enter the attraction. Each guests can enter the virtual queue no more than once per day.
Boarding groups for virtual queues are limited and subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Not all boarding groups may be called to return, based on availability.
Guests may also purchase Individual Lightning Lane entry once the attraction opens. Pricing and cost for Cosmic Rewind are not yet known and can vary by day.
Cosmic Rewind will have a minimum height requirement of 42 inches.
