Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval is returning on February 4, 2023, and will run all the way through April 16, 2023.
As of this time, there are not a lot of details on the incredibly fun event at Universal. It has been confirmed that there will be a new theme and floats for this year as the Mardi Gras parade is returning.
Multiple food booths and the Mardi Gras concerts will be back as well. As soon as more information is released, we will bring it to you.
