Magic Kingdom is jumping ahead into the future with the opening of TRON Lightcycle Run in the spring of 2023. As time gets closer, we are staring to learn more about the new attraction and we have some info on the way the queue will work.
When it opens, TRON will reportedly open with a Lightning Lane for purchase and a Virtual Queue. It will not have a standby line of any kind when it first opens, much in the same way that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind does not at EPCOT.
Guests will be able to join the Virtual Queue at what is to be expected two times during the day. While not yet confirmed, those times are expected to be 7:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.
If guests would rather secure a spot and not use the Virtual Queue, they will have the option of purchasing an Individual Lightning Lane for TRON. The price will fluctuate depending on the day.
Please note that this information is not yet confirmed and could change before the official grand opening of TRON Lightcycle Run in the spring.
