Trail’s End At Disney’s Fort Wilderness To Close In Spring 2023 And Reopen As Quick-Service Location

In the spring of 2023, a longtime dining location at Walt Disney World will close to undergo a big change. Trail’s End Restaurant at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground is closing for refurbishment and will reopen as a quick-service location.

The iconic location once known for making your own pizzas and its fried chicken will close in the spring and begin its refurbishment. The exact date for its closure is not yet known. Once it reopens at Pioneer Hall, a date also not known, it will be a quick-service restaurant.

Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue shares a kitchen with Trail’s End, but it will not be affected by this closure. Once Trail’s End closes, Hoop-Dee-Doo will be the only table-service location left in Fort Wilderness.

As soon as we have more information on dates and changes coming to Trail’s End, we will let you know.

Please note that dates are subject to change and can without any notice. These dates are officially listed on Walt Disney World’s refurbishment schedule, but that does not mean they can’t possibly change.
