Kali River Rapids has been under refurbishment for some time at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, but guests received a surprise today. The attraction reopened unexpectedly this morning, and it is more than two weeks earlier than scheduled.
Kali closed down for refurbishment back on January 9, 2023. It was originally scheduled to be closed through March 16, 2023, and reopen the next day. Here it is February 27, and the attraction quietly reopened this morning, and just in time for the Spring Break season to begin.
Please note that dates are subject to change and can without any notice. These dates are officially listed on Walt Disney World’s refurbishment schedule, but that does not mean they can’t possibly change.
