The happy haunts at Magic Kingdom will be out of work for a few days next month, and it is possible that they’ll be welcoming in one more.
The Haunted Mansion will be closing on August 7, 2023, and it will remain closed through August 9. The attraction is expected to reopen to guests on August 10, 2023.
There are rumors that this could be when Disney introduces the Hatbox Ghost to the version of the attraction at Walt Disney World, but that has yet to be confirmed. As of this time, Disney has only said that it is for “routine refurbishment.”
Please note that dates are subject to change and can without any notice. These dates are officially listed on Walt Disney World’s refurbishment schedule, but that does not mean they can’t possibly change.
