Yes, everyone knows a lot about Slinky Dog Dash at Toy Story Land, but let’s not forget there is another new attraction coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios as well. It’s time to take a look at Alien Swirling Saucers and see everything we know about it up to this point.

Attraction Description
Here is Disney’s official description of Alien Swirling Saucers:
Alien Swirling Saucers is designed as a toy play set that Andy got from Pizza Planet, inspired by the first “Toy Story” film. Aliens are flying around in their toy flying saucers and trying to capture your rocket toy vehicle using “The Claw.”
If you’ve been to Disney California Adventure, think of Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree and you’ll get the idea.

Height Requirement: 32 inches
Number of Cars and Riders: There are two sides of 10-12 alien spaceships which can hold 2-3 guests each
Duration: 85 seconds

Attraction Queue
The start of the attraction for Alien Swirling Saucers is way at the back of Toy Story Land across from the restrooms, and it’s a great design up front.
- Open air queue – Completely outside from start to finish
- There is some coverage as you get closer to the loading area, but the first part of the line is unprotected
- A giant Buzz Lightyear statue greets guests as they arrive with some words of galactic wisdom, so, be on alert as he does talk
Alien Swirling Saucers is a great attraction with incredible music, awesome attraction instructions, plenty of aliens, and a fun time. It’s truly better to ride with a friend because you’re going to be thrown back and forth quite a bit.
Toy Story Land officially opens to all guests on June 30, 2018, at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
