Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of the most enjoyable events of the year and believe it or not, the first one is less than two weeks away. On Aug. 17, 2018, the first MNSSHP will take place at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World and there is going to be so much to do and see.
While the majority of the attractions are open, there are plenty of other party-specific events to take in and now, you know the schedule of when they will happen.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party brings forth a lot of fun every single year and 2018 is even introducing a couple of new entertainment offerings as well. Let’s check out when you can see everything so you don’t miss out.
Mickey’s “Boo-To-You” Parade
- 9:15 p.m.
- 11:15 p.m.
Both will kickoff in Frontierland and run the normal Magic Kingdom parade route to completion on Main Street U.S.A.
Happy HalloWishes
- 10:15 p.m.
One of the best fireworks displays of the year and the music is incredibly awesome. Don’t miss them.
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular stage show
- 8:30 p.m.
- 10:45 p.m.
- 12 a.m.
These times are for all parties from Aug. 17 – Sept. 28, 2018.
For Sept. 30 – Oct. 31, 2018, there will be a fourth show added and a somewhat revised schedule:
- 7:40 p.m.
- 8:35 p.m.
- 10:45 p.m.
- 12 a.m.
Yes, the final performance of the evening takes place as one day turns into the next and the party comes to an end.
Monstrous Scream-O-Ween Ball
This takes place at the Tomorrowland Stage from 7 p.m. until 12 a.m. (midnight) and it is a lot of fun. Head over there to dance and scream with a number of characters from the Monsters Inc. franchise.
Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet
- 7 p.m.
- 7:45 p.m.
- 8:30 p.m.
- 9:50 p.m.
- 10:30 p.m.
Head on over to Frontierland and listen for the soothing and horrific (?) sounds of the Cadaver Dans singing some Halloween tunes.
Frontierland Costume Promenade
- 8:50 p.m.
- 10:50 p.m.
New to the Halloween parties this year, young guests will be able to showcase their costumes to everyone with the help of Prospector Cactus-Flower Cate. There may even be some amazing candy for those with the best outfits.
Storybook Circus Disney Junior Jam
This will take place from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. and it will allow guests to dance and celebrate with some of their favorite Disney Junior characters.

There is no word yet on what characters will be at the parties or where they will be located. The map should be out soon since the first Halloween party is next Friday and we will pass along that info as soon as it is released.
