Cold weather is once again rolling into Central Florida and it will cause Typhoon Lagoon to keep its gates closed for one day this week.
Near the end of November, Typhoon Lagoon remained closed for two days due to the cold weather, and it’s happening again.
Temperatures are going to remain in the low 60’s all days on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, and there will be lows in the low 40’s to high 30’s.
With those temperatures, Disney is just going to keep Typhoon Lagoon closed for the sake of guests and Cast Members.
As of this time, the park is expected to resume normal operation on Thursday. Blizzard Beach is currently closed during its annual refurbishment.
