It was only a matter of time, and beginning on June 15, 2021, masks / face coverings will be optional for fully vaccinated guests in most areas of Walt Disney World.
The official site of Walt Disney World did update their policy on Friday.
Again, this is for fully vaccinated guests and not all locations will have masks as optional. Guests will still be required to wear masks on Walt Disney World transportation, and that includes the Skyliner, monorails, and buses.
Disney does expect guests who are not vaccinated to continue wearing their masks in all indoor locations.
